All previous live transfers will be paid out on the original split with Keller Williams. Starting October 1, 2026, all new live transfers move under Conversion Coaching AI at the new, lower 30% referral fee (you keep 70%).
What happens if I haven't signed my agreement and paid by October 1?
Your Live Transfers will be suspended starting October 1. To keep your program running without any lapse or pauses, your signed referral agreement and active $299/month subscription must both be in place before the deadline. The previous Hawaii account will be locked as of October 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM PT (5:00 AM HST), so complete all three steps beforehand.
When does my new 30% referral fee officially take effect?
Effective October 1, 2026. Every seller and buyer deal originated under your new Conversion Coaching AI sub-account and referral agreement will be honored at the 30% referral fee instead of 50%, letting you keep an extra 20% commission on every transaction.
